Аннотация

В статье дается анализ проблемы становления нового типа высшего учебного заведения университета 3.0, его основных социальных миссий, в числе которых образование, научные исследования, социально-экономическое развитие (в том числе коммерциализация знаний). Показано, что его формирование происходит под влиянием стратегических концептуализаций социального развития “Новый государственный менеджмент”, “Сети управления”, “Неовеберианское государство”. Раскрыто социальное содержание моделей сетевого, креативного, инновационного и предпринимательского университета, которые лежат в основе NCI&E-модели университета 3.0, предложенной автором; выявлена их внутренняя взаимосвязь. Определены основные компоненты в стратегии перехода к модели университета 3.0. Раскрыта его социально сложная роль в развитии институционального базиса общества знаний.
