Аннотация

На основе базы данных социологического опроса в 2020 г. в Тюменской области (N = 1096) рассмотрены взаимосвязи компонентов человеческого, социального и психологического капиталов, измеряемых как по объективным характеристикам респондентов, так и по их самооценкам. Построены модели деревьев иерархии для классификации влияния различных индивидуальных ресурсов на параметры человеческого, социального и психологического капиталов. В число факторов трех видов капитала включена трудовая мотивация. В результате проверки согласованности классической модели Минсера с самооценками человеческого, социального и психологического капиталов установлено, что рост самооценок человеческого капитала сильно замедляется после достижения медианного дохода, дальнейший прирост обеспечивается повышением стажа работы. Люди более успешно оценивают свои социальные связи на работе при значительно более высоком, чем средний, уровне трудового дохода, а ориентация на вознаграждение снижает самооценки социального капитала. На эмпирических данных установлено, что следование внутренней мотивации способствует психологическому благополучию личности, что, в свою очередь, ведет к росту трудового дохода.
