Abstract

The paper resolves following tasks: 1) refinement of social technologies (ST) specifics; 2) classification of types of streamlining social technologies (SST); 3) determination of specific features of the groups of barely studies subtypes of SST; one of which is aimed at streamlining activities, the other on the rationalization of social relations; one was created for the management tasks, the other for political practice, one uses the mechanisms of goal-rationality, the other those of communicative rationality; one is referred to by the author as goal setting, the other – as goal ensuring
