Abstract

One of the main tasks of the Russian state at the present stage is to create conditions for active inclusion of people with disabilities in society, the use of their intellectual and labor potential. In the paper, results of a sociological study are presented of the state program “Accessible Environment”, conducted by the Trans-Baikal regional public organization “Association of social workers” and Trans-Baikal State University under the grant for the provision of subsidies to socially-oriented non-profit organizations of Trans-Baikal Territory.
