Abstract

The paper presents a new perspective on the problems of geoculture and interaction of civilizations. At the heart of this approach is the development of ideas of the theory of ethnogenesis L. N. Gumilev mathematical concepts and history. Shows how reflexive processes, network structures, and cognitive centers – the concepts of XXI century allows to rethink key problems facing contemporary Russia.
