Abstract

Based on the use of qualitative methodology, meaning’s localization of death in the space of life of the elderly people is discussed in context of traditional views dominated by material and economic considerations connected to death. It is shown that high price of death and awareness of financial insolvency give rise to various kinds of preventive practices.
