Abstract

On the base of a diagnosis set in the previous article of the existing state of socio-economic body of our country, the authors conduct a comparative study of the two possible trajectories of socio-economic development of Russia: (1) strategies focused on restoration and modernization of primarily industrial basis, and (2) the strategy of advancing (leading) development subordinated to priority objectives of developing human qualities (“Economics for humans”). Specifics of the second model are discussed – its objectives and means of implementation, available resources and potential social actors to implement it.
