Выявлены восемь измерений непрерывности лечения: участие пациентов, поддержка принятия решений, трансграничная непрерывность, координация деятельности, коммуникация с пациентом, решение проблем, гибкость и доступность, фокусирование на пациенте. Исследование предлагает подход к оценке непрерывности лечения на основе пациенто-центричности.
