Abstract
The article analyzes the dynamics of the life expectancy of the population and demographic development of Belarus in the second half of XX – beginning of XXI century, a comparative geographical analysis of LLL in Belarus and thirty the leading countries on the HDI, analyzed the factors of the increase in LLL of the population of Belarus.
