The paper presents a methodological analysis of youth policy developed in modern Russia. The concept is offered that allows to explore the state and public policy in relation to the young generation. Within this concept, youth policy is considered as a multidimensional discourse-activist system of interaction between state, society and the younger generation. Special attention is paid to the analysis of practical models of its implementation.
