Abstract

A method is proposed permitting to diagnose organizational culture of a university and to define preparedness of academic and teaching staff of the higher school for innovative activities. The method is based on the idea of comparing organizational culture of the university with that of innovative corporations, as well as assessment of the work motivation profile of higher school personnel.
