Abstract
A survey in Belgorod region has shown growing internet-dependence of young people as well as their realization of negative effect from information contents for social feeling and psychic health. Risks of notcontrolled virtual networks development are ascertained, and attention is drawn to the fact of this problem and attempts at its resolution.
