Discussing Irkutsk population quality of life, assessments are presented related to basic spheres of peoples’ living activities, and impact of social demographic parameters on the quality of their life is analyzed. Governing activities of state power bodies in the city of Irkutsk and Irkutsk region are assessed, and life satisfaction of population, as well as their attitudes to its aspects is characterized.
