Author examines changes in the mechanism of the formation of the global world system arguing that special kind of localization of social space – information-culture, resulted in the creation and strengthening of new – information-glokal – are currently shaping consolidation of local communities. A connection between the formation of a global network society and the everincreasing local networks is argued for. Modern glocalization is interpreted as a form of connection between two conflicting network spaces: territorial-local and information-networks. The structure of the modern global information society, so the author, generates network “centroaspired oriented” local sociocultural complexes. The author believes that modern society is a networked society, as an association of local societies through network global flows of electronic pulses (M. Castells), is in need to be supplemented by the local societies coming not from a single global society, but many autonomous networked societies emerging in “nodes” of the world communication. As a result, localization does not disappear, reproducing a new form of glocality to reinforce world integrity. These nodes have become a new form of glocalization linking local and global localization based on information flows localization. The author proposes to supplement the ontology of this process by conceptual model of the “threebase matrix” algorithm, reflecting the logic of the formation of the integrity of the world social system.
