Abstract

The article describes an approach to measuring value orientations of civic worldview using index of civic climate calculated on the basis of respondents' answers to questions about social trust, interpersonal trust and solidarity. The article discusses theoretical bases and the procedure for constructing the index of civic climate, as well as the calculation results, the empirical basis for which were all-Russian representative surveys of PO Foundation.
