This article describes the basic trends of development of public-private and public-private partnership in modern Russian conditions, offering a comparative analysis of local leaders evaluations and the business community on these issues. Polls of entrepreneurs showed that the implementation of projects of public-private and municipal-private partnership does not find sufficient support in the business community. The findings illustrate the crisis of confidence in the interactions between business and government. Authorities fear the careless attitude of entrepreneurs to the undertaken tightening of obligations terms, low quality of services, an over-expenditure of means. The business community is concerned with the problem of information closure of the authorities, corruption, raising instability of the legal system, economic risks, the lack of guarantees of returns on investment.
